1. The welds of the bearing frame shall not be welded, and the rust removal and repair welding shall be stopped for the welds with serious corrosion. After the movable connection parts of structural accessories are repaired, they shall be coated with antirust oil for maintenance.

2、配件和板材產(chǎn)生彎曲變形時，應(yīng)及時修理或改換，當(dāng)門窗及配件呈現(xiàn)斷裂、損壞時，應(yīng)及時修理或改換。

3、如需重復(fù)利用規(guī)則年限內(nèi)的活動房，重新組裝前應(yīng)對主要構(gòu)件停止檢查、維護，到達質(zhì)量要求的方可運用。

5、集裝箱房剮蹭后需使用修補試劑防腐蝕，因為集裝箱房外部具有的防腐蝕保護層，如果受到刮蹭，那么就會很快的受到外界或者大氣中污染物的腐蝕，使集裝箱房表皮漆面大面積脫落，腐蝕到整個箱體。

5. After the container room is scratched, repair reagent shall be used to prevent corrosion, because the anti-corrosion protective layer outside the container room, if scratched, will soon be corroded by external or atmospheric pollutants, causing a large area of paint on the surface of the container room to fall off, and finally corrode the whole box.

6、單次使用完集裝箱房后，要對它的內(nèi)部進行集中的清潔，主要對集裝箱房的箱壁以及箱底進行清掃和擦拭，看是否有垃圾或者腐蝕性物質(zhì)的殘留，如果有，則需要盡快使用專用試劑進行中和反應(yīng)，防止對箱體進行侵蝕。

6. After a single use of the container room, its interior shall be intensively cleaned, mainly cleaning and wiping the container wall and bottom of the container room to see if there is any residue of garbage or corrosive substances. If so, special reagent shall be used for neutralization reaction as soon as possible to prevent erosion of the container.

7、使用時避免疊放時間過長，頂部與底部承受力不同，頂部的承受強度較小，如果長時間疊放可能會使頂部變形。

7. When in use, avoid stacking for too long. The bearing capacity of the top is different from that of the bottom. The bearing strength of the top is small. If stacked for a long time, the top may be deformed.

8、此之外，在運輸時，可以將集裝箱房的外部，包裹上一層專用的防腐蝕保護膜，以應(yīng)對運輸過程中的腐蝕性物質(zhì)，當(dāng)集裝箱房有破損或者裂縫時，需要及時的修補和清潔，防止損壞面積進一步擴大。

8. In addition, during transportation, the outside of the container room can be wrapped with a layer of special anti-corrosion protective film to deal with corrosive substances during transportation. When the container room is damaged or cracked, it needs to be repaired and cleaned in time to prevent further expansion of the damaged area.
