一、集裝箱鋼材表面處理的一般要求是:

二、集裝箱的表面處理工藝

根據(jù)集裝箱生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的特征,集裝箱鋼材表面采用車間預(yù)涂工藝,在鋼板成型、拼裝前進(jìn)行自動(dòng)拋丸處理,然后涂裝 10μm 左右的車間底漆。完成鋼板成型、部裝和總裝之后,進(jìn)行二次噴砂處理,然后進(jìn)入集裝箱整箱噴漆工序。

對(duì)原材料的原始狀況進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),查看是否有鐵銹、氧化皮及其它污染物。原材料銹蝕等級(jí)按 ISO 8501-1,分為 A、B、C、D 四個(gè)等級(jí),C、D 級(jí)鋼材不宜使用。如果鋼材嚴(yán)重銹蝕或殘留大量的頑固附著物,則應(yīng)報(bào)廢。

車間底漆是鋼材表面處理后的第—道防護(hù)涂膜,從拋丸到涂裝的間隔時(shí)間不應(yīng)超過(guò)4小時(shí),如果超過(guò),應(yīng)重新拋丸。如果干燥條件及通風(fēng)條件不利于底漆迅速干燥,為了防止粘漆,可適當(dāng)進(jìn)行烘干。

鋼板在進(jìn)行成型、拼裝時(shí),應(yīng)注意不要讓已經(jīng)過(guò)表面處理和預(yù)涂底漆的表面再次污染,堆放在車間時(shí)應(yīng)采取適當(dāng)措施防塵和防潮。

二次噴砂

經(jīng)過(guò)大量焊接加工后,焊縫周圍會(huì)存在焊煙、飛濺和油漆灼傷等缺陷,焊縫本身也由于過(guò)于粗糙而不利于油漆的涂裝,在施工過(guò)程中還會(huì)存在油污及灰塵等污染,因此,總裝完成后,應(yīng)對(duì)焊縫周圍及仍然存在表面缺陷的鋼材部分進(jìn)行二次表面清理,通常在噴砂房采用手動(dòng)噴砂方法處理。

檢查及修補(bǔ)

二次噴砂后,應(yīng)對(duì)噴涂表面的缺陷,尤其是焊縫缺陷進(jìn)行再次檢查和修補(bǔ)。對(duì)焊縫缺陷除了進(jìn)行常規(guī)觀察外,還應(yīng)進(jìn)行漏光檢查。方法是:進(jìn)入箱內(nèi),關(guān)上箱門進(jìn)行觀察;有漏光的部位做上標(biāo)記,在噴漆之前修補(bǔ)好。對(duì)局部未達(dá)到表面預(yù)處理要求的區(qū)域,可用鐵刷、手動(dòng)工具等進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。局部缺陷用手砂輪修補(bǔ)后應(yīng)達(dá)到表面清潔度 St3 等級(jí)。
